Membuat Kripik Kentang Agar Renyah

Setelah kentang diiris tipis-tipis, rendamlah didalam air kapur dan garam. Jika hendak digoreng, sebaiknya kentang dikeringkan terlebih dahulu barulah diberi sedikit tepung terigu dan aduk perlahan-lahan.
